Delivery Time
The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for
shipment and ship from our warehouse.
The 'Delivers' date range is an estimate of when the item will be delivered
to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery time depends on
the shipping method you choose during checkout.
We make every effort to ship your items within two business days. Once your item
has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email
with carrier and tracking information.
All estimates are based on business days.
Backordered Items
We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a
matter of days or several weeks. Back orders are not billed to your account or credit
card until the items are shipped. Special shipping is for first delivery only. Back
orders will not ship via 2 Day or Next Day delivery. To check the approximate availability

For most items Awana offers three easy options for delivery
- Standard Delivery - Delivers within 6 business days after shipping.
- 2 Day Delivery - Delivers within 2 - 3 business days after shipping.
- 1 Day Delivery - Delivers in 1 - 2 business days after shipping.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees cover freight, packaging and handling fees associated with order delivery.

Carriers
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most
appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible
to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select 1 Day or
2 Day delivery, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items
to you within the promised time frame.
Cost for Shipping Backorders
We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be
charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.
